![]() ![]() Please keep in mind, I was there for Rehabilitation for a Knee Replacement. My astonishing thoughts are, I thought these places were non- existent as it’s 20’s. Before making a decision to leave spoke with Administration at which was a waste of time ! As one stated in reviews “ if you leave a loved one there “speaks volumes of how you feel about them”. my children came and got me! I think of all those left behind with “no choice “ to stay there. How this place continues to operate is beyond belief. Ones basic needs are not met( asking for water, a bed to sleep in was broken for 3 days, having to urinate and possibly the other on a daily basis is beyond comprehension so many health and human services violations were overwhelming. I pray for all that are in that facility and pray someone higher up pays a "surprise" visit soon! The only bright spot was the actual nurse that came to assist us, was very kind and was able to take care of the clients needs. I fathom to think how the patients are being treated. As someone that works with the state, it pains me to go into a facility as a VISITOR and get treated in such a way. I told her we didn't need her and that I would file a formal complaint. When we go to the patients room, she also had an attitude with him! He even said she is so nasty and her comments to him as she put her hands on her hips were "REALLY OH REALLY". I asked her why her attitude was so bad and as she brushed past me, I told her I feel sorry for the other helpless souls in this facility. I then asked again for a nurse and she yelled again as she said "I AM BUSY AND I AM NOT A NURSE!" I then told her, my client is in need and I am unable to assist him. Clearly she was bothered by my disrupting. When I said excuse me, she loudly addressed me with an attitude and said "WHAT DO YOU NEED?". This person (CS) was looking at her computer. The client needed assistance and I went to the nurses station to ask for a nurse. => I was there on government business for a client I had in this facility. Dear Sherry, thank you for your wonderful 5-STAR Rating of Center and Team of Health Care Professioanls. ![]()
